Home returns procedure

Period for returning a parcel

As specified in Article 8 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale:
In line with the provisions set forth in Article L.121-21 of the French Consumer Code, customers have a period of 14 days within which to exercise their right of withdrawal without the need to cite a reason justifying the return. This period commences upon receipt of the product by customer or by a third party appointed by the customer.
Should the 14-day period expire on a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday, it shall be extended to the next working day.

The right of withdrawal applies solely to products returned in their original condition.

In France:
The return is free of charge if you opt to deposit it at a collection point; otherwise, you must pay the costs.
In Europe:
The return must be paid for and the Customer is responsible for selecting the shipper.
International:
The return must be paid for and the Customer is responsible for selecting the shipper.

The Customer shall return the item(s) affected by the right of withdrawal to Mysuelly, without excessive delay and within 14 days of the date on which he/she communicates his/her decision to withdraw.

To ensure that parcels are received safely and that the return can be processed more rapidly, the Customer should follow one of the procedures outlined below:

Return procedure

Free return (in collect points for France delivery – except TNT)

1. Go to the "My Account" customer area
2. Click on the order concerned
3. Click on the "Get a return number" button
4. Pack the product(s) to be returned and attach the completed delivery slip.
-Write the return number on the box (legibly and permanently). Packages without a return number cannot be processed.
-Make sure to wrap the package properly (consult the official recommendations)
5. Ship your package to the following address:

Other conditions of return (delivery out of France or TNT delivery)

1. Fill in the Delivery Slip attached to your package in the boxes provided:
- the reason for your return
- the quantities returned
2. Pack the product (s) to be returned and attach the duly completed delivery note.
3. Send your package to the following address:

Refunds

If the Customer chooses to exercise his/her right of withdrawal, Mysuelly shall reimburse the Customer for the price of the item(s) concerned and, if the order is being returned in its entirety, the shipping costs based on the least expensive standard shipping method offered by Mysuelly.

In the event of a return of several items that are the subject of a promotional offer or a sale, the amount refunded shall be that indicated on the invoice enclosed with the parcel. The refund shall take effect after Mysuelly has received the item(s) subject to the withdrawal by the Customer.

The refund shall be arranged via the payment method used for the order being returned, within 15 to 30 days from the date on which the Customer has exercised his/her right of withdrawal.

The refund cannot be made if the item in question has been subject to a depreciation as a result of any handling other than that necessary to establish its nature, properties and conformity.

Customers wishing to avail of the legal warranty with regard to conformity or hidden defects must return the item within the period allotted to Mysuelly at the following address:

Prior to returning the item(s), the Customer must contact the Web Customer Service via the contact form on the website or at: [+33 (0)1 71 70 34 44]. In the event of the return of a defective or non-conformant product, following confirmation by Mysuelly, of the defectiveness or non-conformity of the product, Mysuelly shall reimburse the Customer for the price of the item(s) concerned.
